Welcome to the French Society's webpage !

Our newly created society aims at bringing organising events (around the French culture or not) in order to benefit from the international community at the University of Sussex and meet students from all over the world. We want to represent the French community at the University of Sussex and bring francophone students together, giving them a landmark if they are new, provide useful tips and the opportunity to meet with other French and to facilitate their integration in the UK.

But it's not only designed for French people who want to eat French cheese and "baguette" watching a French film. We want to spread our culture here and we encourage all students to join us. We will organise film screenings, group dinners, trips to Brighton and elsewhere, lectures, but also French lessons for those interested in learning our wonderful language!

Join our Facebook group now to have all the information about coming events and do not hesitate to email/message us if you have any question.

Merci et à bientôt
