LIVE, LOVE, DANCE!

Fit never felt so good, it's the best way to have fun and keep fit - come along and let the music move you!

ZUMBA is a Latin-American inspired dance fitness program. We will be dancing to a variety of songs during the session, which can be anything from Latin, to hip-hop, to pop music.

It is for everyone and anyone who likes to dance, and is for all levels! If you want to be more active, and you enjoy dancing your heart out, then Zumba is the exercise for you! It is designed to be fun and to keep you fit - bonus!
