Do you believe the Students’ Union should become an accredited Living Wage employer?
Votes cast - 654. Abstentions - 32.
Yes - 447 - 72%
No - 175 - 28%
This referendum was called as the Students’ Union received a petition of more than 150 students requesting it.
This issue will now be referred to the Students’ Union’s Trustees for their consideration due to the financial implications for the Students’ Union.
Should the Students’ Union replace the role of President with another role with a different title, e.g. Union Affairs or Union Chair?

Yes - 254 - 49%
No - 262 - 51%
Should the Students’ Union adopt the proposed structure for the Full-time Officer and Part-time Officer roles?
Votes cast - 585. Abstentions - 93
Yes - 297 - 60%
No - 195 - 40%

Hundreds of students have cast their votes to influence the work that the Students’ Union does through our autumn referenda.
