About UniTV

We are University of Sussex Student Television, known on campus as UniTV. We are our university's official and nationally acclaimed online student TV station that broadcasts the very best of student life at Sussex.

Since launching in October 2010, UniTV reported on a variety of events, ranging from the 5-day coverage of Freshers Week 2010 to broadcasting live the Students' Union Awards. In addition to frequent event coverage, the station provides the students with the latest news on campus (Sussed!) and a show about Students' Union societies (Society Spotlight). UniTV also produces a number of entertainment shows, such as the Question of the Square. In the upcoming year, the station is looking to expand its programming and cover sports events, produce more entertainment shows and organize live broadcasts.

UniTV's shows are available on demand from YouTube or from our website. We also have a Facebook page and a Twitter account to keep students updated with our progress. Next year we are planning to broadcast to campus bars and stream video over the Internet.
