Ultimate Frisbee is a team sport. Played with 5 players per team indoors, and 7 outdoors. There are two end-zones. Each team starts in an endzone and scores by catching the disc in the opposing end-zone. Possession goes to the other team if the frisbee is thrown or dropped to the ground, caught out of bounds, caught or blocked by the defending team and many other ways. Ultimate is a non-contact sport. There is no referee, but the rules are such that the players officiate. Players are expected to play with respect and "Spirit of the Game". Ultimate tournaments have prizes for the most "spirited" team.

Wednesday: 3pm - 5pm @ Russell's Clump (by the bottom sports centre)

Sunday: 12pm - 2pm @ Bottom sports centre (hall 1)
