PROMENADE MAGAZINE: The December Issue 2011

As a university campus bursting with individual style, it was only a matter of time before Sussex Fashion Society would finally arrive. Launched in 2011, Sussex Fashion Society aims to embrace the diversity of student style through providing a fresh and exciting platform for members to express their interests in all things fashion.

With the assistance of talented members and a dedicated editorial team, we will be launching Promenade, Sussex University’s first unisex fashion magazine. Promenade will allow Fashion Society members to publish articles on topics which interest them, alongside providing a creative outlet outside of their degree.

To make Promenade a success we need talented and reliable individuals, so please contact us if you’re interested in journalism, editorial work, magazine design, styling or photography. The December issue is out now - see above.

Our members also have exclusive access to Sussex Fashion Society’s communal blog http://sussexfashionsoc.blogspot.com/.... The blog allows members to post topics of interest whenever they choose, or simply take inspiration from posts made by other members. Our blog aims to provide a sense of variety and eclecticness to the society, and ensure a sense of community and teamwork exists between our members.

Fun and varied socials will take place regularly, allowing members the chance to connect with people who share similar interests to themselves. We would encourage all members interested in events management to contact us for opportunities to be involved in organising socials, catwalks, group outings and plenty more.
