► Information about Archery

The Archery Club, aka 'The Sussex Bowmen', is one of the most versatile and adaptable sports going as well as being fun! The Club has been shooting for over 15 years.

We are affiliated to the National Governing Body, GNAS, ensuring that all the teaching and shooting is safe, fun and insured. We welcome novices and experienced archers alike.

The Club is open to anyone who is interested, we have many members including students, staff and members from other clubs in Sussex. Our indoor shooting venue can also accommodate wheelchairs. Experienced Archers are welcome to join and shoot with us and benefit from the other experienced archers and coaches who shoot with us.

We will train novices how to shoot accurately. For the first 6 weeks of the autumn term we will be running a beginners course. It takes place Saturdays from 4 to 6 pm.
